John was first licensed in real estate in 1962 in Cleveland, Ohio. He obtained his North Carolina license in 1983 while residing in the Asheville, NC area.  He relocated to the Charlotte area in 1994.  Currently, John and his wife Robbi reside in the Denver/Stanley area.    

John's broad based Marketing and Senior Executive credentials include a number of Service Industries such as Mortgage Loans, Insurance, Securities, Legal Services and Home Improvement.  His experience spans a number of years with independent as well as several top, nationwide real estate franchises.  

In the Corporate environment, he held titles of President, Vice-President, General Manager and Marketing Director with several major corporations throughout the United States. John continued to return to his real estate career because of his love of the industry; and the personal enjoyment and reward of helping his old and new friends achieve their real estate dreams.

In 2002, he was certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).  Members  of the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council, with their experience, training and concern, give maturing clients peace of mind and freedom from stress in today's complicated real estate transactions.  John was previously awarded the Sales Professional Honor Society Award, and is also a member of the Multimillion Dollar Club.
