Fran has been selling real estate in the La Crosse area since 1984. She and her husband Steve are lifelong residents of the area. She knows the La Crosse area and the local real estate market well!  Steve is a licensed REALTOR® who assists Fran with her business.

CRS and GRI Desiganations:  Fran has earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designation. Only 4% of REALTORS® nationally hold this designation. She has also earned the GRI Designation (Graduate REALTORS Institute).

Fran and her husband Steve have been married 39 years.  They have one son and 2 grandchildren.  They enjoy traveling and love to visit  Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for an annual winter get away.  They also enjoy traveling the country in their motor home when they get the time. Their dog, Tipper makes a great traveling companion.  Fran has been involved in her church as a past council member as well as serving on committees.  She is a 2 time past president of the La Crosse REALTORS® Association, past president of the WI State Chapter of the CRS Council and has served on numerous local and state committees for the real estate industry.  She has been a CRS of the Year and also REALTOR® of the year for the La Crosse Area Realtors® Association.   When looking for a real estate agent that will treat you with respect, provide you with excellent service, and knows the market and the area, contact Fran.  She would love to assist you with all of your real estate needs!
