I have been a loan officer since 2002 and a Certified Mortgage Planner since 2006.  Being a Planner means that I have studied taxation and financial planning in order to help you make the best financial decision for you and your family on one of the biggest financial decisions you will ever make.  Sometimes the most obvious choice for a mortgage is not always the best.  I help you explore your goals and your short and long-term financial objectives in order to craft the best mortgage program to meet your needs. 

Being a Mortgage Planner is a multi-faceted job; I am a teacher, a coach, an organizer, and a strategist.  I educate you on the home buying process, the life of a loan, and what to expect after the loan closes.  I coach people who may not be ready to buy right now due to challenges they have and I coach home buyers into investors, and investors into multiple ownerships.  My team keeps you organized on the home loan path and we strategize together on what would make the cleanest and most easily approved mortgage application together.

Because I spend a lot of time working with my clients my business is 100% referral based.  I have many past clients that continue to use and refer my services to their friends and family, along with Top Producing Realtor partners that trust and refer me to their clientele.

When I am outside of the office I am your typical “Soccer Mom”, spending time with my two busy girls and all of their varied activities.  I just recently celebrated my silver anniversary with my high school sweetheart and we make Discovery Bay our home because we enjoy anything that has to do with water.

My team consists of myself and 3 other fantastic ladies that keep our processes running smooth.  Holly is my right hand gal and trusted loan officer assistant.  Backing her up is Karime who is our Client Services Director and Alyssa, our Marketing Consultant.  Additionally, I am supported by a wonderful organization with Prospect Mortgage.  Prospect is currently the third largest mortgage banker (direct lender) and number one in renovation loans (203K, Homepath, Homestyle.)  In Prospect’s Constitution there are 13 guiding principles, my favorite is “We believe that teamwork makes the dream work while serving each other and having fun on the journey.”
