| She is very helpful, tells the positive and negatives of each house we have looked at. Not pushy, lets you decide for yourself. Always responds to my emails in very timely fashion. Always willing to take time to look at houses even if last minute. And lets you take your time going through houses. Makes you feel at ease and you are making the decisions that are right for you and your family. |

| I highly recommend Shannon! She has worked tirelessly to sell a very challenging piece of land we have always looking for new ideas and strategies all the while continuing to look for a home or property for us to buy. She listens and provides honest feed back and never pushes. She always responds immediately. We are not in a "have to" move situation so we are looking for just the right place. We worked with 2 prior agents and when we did not take the first thing they offered we never heard from them again. We have been working with Shannon for nearly a year and she has not given up on us yet! She is happy and positive every time I talk to her. | We met Shannon back in April looking for the right house. It hasn't been easy for us. I will say that after running around all over Olympia, Lakewood and all of Pierce county we would not have wanted it any other way. She has met ever expectation and then some. She has been very personable and totally professional in all of the process of buying a home. She is very persistent and a great voice to be on your team!!
