My real estate career began in 2001 as a Realtor in both Kansas and Missouri. With my success in sales I grew into more opportunities to work with and help other Realtors. I joined the management team at Keller Williams Realty Diamond Partners, Inc. and helped develop a mentor/coaching program for Realtors. I went further to get certified to teach continuing education classes and licensing requirement classes for Realtors. I also achieved my brokers license in both Kansas and MIssouri allowing me to spend time as the Managing Broker for Keller Williams Realty Diamond Partners, Inc. | As first-time home buyers, my boyfriend and I were extremely fortunate to have Brenda Hanson as our realtor. Brenda accommodated us by working around our schedules to tour homes, and she let us be the decision makers. When asked for her opinion and expertise, she was friendly, insightful, and beyond educated on all aspects of buying a home. We were looking for houses in Olathe and Overland Park, but one day she called and said we had to see a house in Gardner. She said it was just what we wanted. My boyfriend and I were originally hesitant about moving there due to the distance, but once we saw the house, the uncertainty disappeared. Instead of buying a 5-year-old house in Olathe, she found us our HOME, a 4 bedroom brand new house where we could choose the carpet, fixtures, and appliances. It was truly a dream come true. We ended up going on a preplanned vacation to Las Vegas the week that negotiations were being held on our potential house, and Brenda fought for us while we were away. When she called our hotel room and told us it was ours, it was as if we hit the jackpot! Brenda then faxed all of our paperwork to Caesar's Palace, where we were staying, and took care of the rest of the details while we celebrated and had fun on the rest of our trip as new homeowners. We have now been in our house for 3-1/2 years and still love it and we actually appreciate the distance from the rest of Johnson County. Thanks to Brenda, the home-buying process was enjoyable and absolutely satisfying. We would recommend Brenda Hanson to home buyers or home sellers alike. |
