It is so important to educate yourself in any chosen field. Real Estate is at the top of the list when it comes to change. Every year there are new laws, rules, RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) changes, contract changes, and lender changes. As real estate agents we must continue to educate ourselves so we will be best able to serve our buyers and sellers. Most people do not know that real estate agents are required to have continuing education, if we do not do the required amount we loose our license. A lot of us spend hours traveling to different areas to get the education we need and most go above and beyond staying up with the latest in technology and all related subjects.
Kathy has achieved the coveted Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation. There are only 6 Oklahoma agents who are CLHMS. There is extensive education in knowing how to market high end homes and being plugged into other agents around the world who have become members of that small group. She also has knowledge of the campus area and loves working with all people in all prices and ranges including Norman, Moore, South Oklahoma City, Blanchard, Noble, Newcastle, Purcell, Goldsby and Washington, Oklahoma.
Kathy loves her career in real estate. She states "The best thing about real estate is being a part of making dreams come true for people who have worked so hard to make it happen!"
