I am passionate about my work. It is very important to me to make sure that all my clients are well educated on the home loan process and really understand the loan steps, from initial application, to loan approval, signing at the title company and funding/recording. I understand,that the the client, this is thier only transaction, this is what is important to them, their loan and no one else's, I get that. My production assistant and myself are in constant communication with our clients, via telephone or e-mail, or text, whatever works for the client. We never want the client to call us for a loan status update! Yikes, then we have not been all over it. I like to put myself in the clients shoes, let's see, what are their needs, what are they thinking, how can I eliminate their stress or anxiety.
