I have over 22 years experience in all phases of commercial real estate including sales, leasing and management.  Retail is my specialty, but in this small market, I stay well versed in office, land and industrial as well.  I previously managed The Mall at Yuba City for 5 1/2 years, have been employed by Shopping Center developers in the field of construction management, and by Bank of America in the Trust Real Estate Dept.  Prior to entering the commercial real estate arena, I worked for Sonoma County Housing and Community Development, and taught Tenant/Landlord classes at Santa Rosa Jr. College.
