We worked with Kim this past Fall. We had an unusual property which was in a remote location. Historically, comps were problematic. Kim developed a detailed market analysis and marketing plan for us. She assembled a team of professionals, including another realtor who had connections in the area in which the home was located, a lender familiar with log homes, and a marketing person who put together wonderful videos which included aerial footage shot by a drone. We were extremely impressed with her approach and her attention to detail. Kim responded to emails promptly, was always available to meet, and was always prepared.
