Even in this ever changing economy and difficulties in 2008 and 2009, I have been able to increase my database of clients, meet with new buyers, educate my investor clients on this market, learn the act of negotiation for short sales and REO's all the while actually having a great year. I pride myself in continued education, consisent referrals and networking to increase my business and continue to help my clients achieve their goals for home ownership and investment properties.
I strive for excellence in all that I pursue; which means doing the best I can with the time, energy and knowledge available. I look for the good in every situation and how to produce a Win-Win for all parties in the negotiation...that way, we succeed every time.
I have lived in Morgan Hill for 27 years with my husband and two children. Our children have since moved onto college and work, but we enjoy the company of our pets, friends and church family.
I work my real estate business full time while volunteering at Family Community Church in San Jose, local schools, SCRA and local organizations. Living locally allows me to gain the knowledge of the area, to be abe to participate in local events, contribute my time and talents where I can witness the benefits and share with my clients and friends.
Bring on the business...I AM READY. Foreclosures and Short sales take longer, but I am closing them and learning along the way how to better serve my clients in this ever changing market.
