Get to Know Kent Selders
I am licensed as a real estate broker, appraiser, and builder and have worked extensively in all three fields. I previously was vice president of a regional mortgage company. My background allows me to offer a unique skill set to my clients. Put my experience to work for you.
After spending five years in the mortgage business advancing from a loan officer to the vice president of the company, I left to expand into other areas of real estate. I opened an appraisal company and a real estate brokerage. Over the last ten years I have enjoyed great success in real estate. I have bought, renovated, and sold (i.e. flipping) over 400 houses. During this time I have also devloped raw land into platted subdivisions, appraised thousands of houses in West Michigan, owned and managed many rental units and built spec homes.
I am now expanding my team to allow me to put my real estate experience to work for others. Real Estate has provided well for me and my family. I want to share my passion and assist others in reaching their goals through real estate. So what do you want? A first home, cottage, rental, upsizing or downsizing? Are you brave (and crazy) enough to get into the flipping market? I have the knowledge and contacts to assist you in getting there.
