Kathy bought her first house when she was 25 years old.  At that time, she was in the process of transitioning out of her teaching job into a corporate training position.  Over the next three years, she wrote and facilitated dozens of workshops and seminars, some of which were multi-day events.  During that same time, she also purchased her second and third properties. 

In 2004, Kathy accepted a position equivalent to that of a Vice Principal for an alternative charter High School.  Only one year later, she was promoted and became the equivalent of a High School Principal in the San Fernando Valley.  As she continued buying properties, her love for Real Estate blossomed and she found herself encouraging friends and family to buy property for themselves.  She soon discovered that her true passion was in helping others do what she had done.  

In early 2006, Kathy left her seven-year career in education to become a full-time Realtor, where she now serves Orange County, and parts of Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.  Before she ever became a licensed Real Estate Professional, Kathy had purchased a total of eight properties, three of which she later sold.
