In college Kristen Rowe studied psychology with the goal of becoming an FBI profiler. During this time, she learned she had a knack for interior design while staging displays for several boutique stores where she worked. After college she married a naval submarine officer, traveled the world, and periodically relocated throughout the country as a military family. As a result, she gained personal experience with a great variety of housing markets, and with the excitement and challenges associated with finding a new home. With each new move, she gained experience with the art of staging homes for sale. Along the way she discovered a new passion, which motivated her to study staging and to start her own home-staging business. After living in Illinois for several years, she decided to expand into real estate, where she could capitalize on her business and home-staging skill.
When Kristen is not busy helping her clients achieve their dreams, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, the most important people in her world. Her favorite destination is back home in the Southeast, but Bora Bora and Hawaii are not far behind.
Kristen is a proud supporter of numerous causes related to Tourette’s syndrome, autism awareness, breast cancer awareness, and Saint Jude Children’s Hospital. Kristen is also a member of the National Association for Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors and the Kankakee-Iroquois-Ford Association of Realtors.
