Get to Know Kris Chalke
I've been very fortunate to live and work in a town I love and grew up in! I've been selling houses on the Upper Cape for 15 years, and work with both Buyers and Sellers, selling primarily single family homes. . I'm happiest when I have multiple transactions in proccess and that has helped me acheive Century 21's highest award- the Centurian. Education is important to me, and I have earned the GRI, CRB, CRS a ABR as well as the Senior Specialist.

We have many 2nd home owners in search of beach communities or golf courses, and Sandwich is know as a bedroom community to Boston because of the easy commute and many families seek out this town because of the strong school system.
