Get to Know Krista Becka
When people think of cities in Arizona, Scottsdale is often the first one that comes to mind. This opulent 31 mile territory of The Phoenix Metropolitan Area is saturated with real estate agents but not all of them provide the level of customer service our clients deserve. I base my career on providing value by guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction and educating them along the way so they can make informed decisions. I'm able to do this through my knowledge, experience, continuing education and careful observation of their words and actions. I moved to Arizona in 1996 from Kansas City to obtain my BA from The University of Arizona in Tucson. My career in mortgage financing began when I relocated to Phoenix in 2004. I'm grateful my employment with both a private mortgage firm and Countrywide allows me to prepare buyers for the loan process. After personally investing in rental properties I obtained my license and decided to focus my career on helping others with their real estate endeavors. I hold the GRI and ABR designations but experience is really the key to standing above the crowd. I've been ranked in the top 10% of 250 agents in the past two years. My successfully closed transactions include short sales, lender owned properties and equity sales. Real estate is a passion for me and I intend to continue helping buyers and sellers in Scottsdale and surrounding cities for years to come.

Geographically I specialize in the East Valley including Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, Paradise Valley, and parts of Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler. I work with serious buyers both locally and from out of state as well as represent sellers from $200,000+.
