As a full time real estate professional, I am in the ever changing market on a daily basis. I began my personal real estate career in October of 2005. I was awarded the 2006 Rookie of the Year designation for the Golden Isles Association Board of Realtors. Prior to my personal licensure, I worked as an Office Manager for several real estate firms. The amount of disclosures and paperwork continues to increase as I have been in the business. I know first hand the importance of the paper work for all parties involved in a transaction. It is my responsibility to stay abreast of changing material, Georgia Real Estate laws, continuing education requirements, and local changes down to an addendum within a neighborhood association. Within my licensure I have completed and been awarded the following designations.ASR- Accredited Seller Representative - The Designation signifies benchmark of excellence in Seller representation. Awarded by The Accredited Seller Agency Council. The ASR® is the only trademarked seller agency designation.
CSR- Certified Sellers Representative - Managed by the Seller Agency Council, this course is designed to keep agents informed through the changes in the market place whether a pre-foreclosure state or just longer days on the market.
ABR- Accredited Buyer Representative - The ABR® designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS®.
I am currently pursing my GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute - the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.
In March of 2009, after meeting the requirements for Brokers, I completed my Brokers course & State Examination.
July 2010, I opened Seaboard Real Estate, Inc. as Broker/President.
Philosophy: I believe today's real estate market requires specialization. I only serve the Coastal Georgia Area; including Camden, Glynn & McIntosh Counties. I feel to best serve the buyers & sellers in a market area I need to know details of the given area. What could be a better location then my own backyard! I consider it my responsibility to know what is going on not only in the area but within the market that we are competing against.
