Dave earned his Bachelors degree from Chico State University in 1970 working his way through the rank and file of a major electronic data organization to lead the international client services division. Using the skills honed providing clients with reliable solutions to complex issues, Dave easily made the transition to the ever increasingly complex world of California real estate. While many agents rely on the support of their "in-house" escrow coordinators Dave chooses to apply his technical expertise directly and on a personal basis to each transaction. Dave is a broker associate, member of the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Lake County Board of Realtors, Multiple listing Service and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). He is completing the ePRO designation.
Dave not only sells Clear Lake he lives Clear Lake. Since 1991 Dave has lived on the shores of Clear Lake in the coveted Jago Bay area. As such Dave is one of only a handful of Lake County Realtors fully qualified to address the many and varied nuances of living on the lake. Dave can deftly move buyers through water and septic issues, encroachment permits, lakebed management questions - and which areas are likely to be more sheltered or exposed to the seasonal winds. While Dave has expertly handled residential listings and sales he has successfully managed lake front bar/restaurant transactions, waterfront mobile home park sales and multi-lot lake front subdivisions. Of course Dave has participated in literally hundreds of non-lake front transactions as either the buyer or sellers agent over the past 20 years.
Dave has been specializing in the resort / retirement community of Lake County, CA for the past 20 years and is currently a broker associate for Shore Line Realty, Inc.
