It has been a pleasure to participate in a full range of real estate transactions from: building a spec-home, selling land for home sites to timber, operating a property management company, working with investor clients and managing condominium associations, to selling two of the three real estate companies I've owned.
Competition is about leading the way. Another agent once called as asked me to "stop raising the bar". I was staging listings by 1979, exploring wealth building concepts for real estate investors in the late 1980's and successfully exploring Internet marketing by the early 90's. More recently I lead the way with multi-media advertising in local radio, TV and magazine inserts.
My Areas of Expertise are quite varied but promoting unique property for sellers and finding the right home for buyers makes me very happy.
Unique Property Listings are perhaps the most difficult challenge a Realtor can face, but it is also the most fun. One of my first real estate instructors described a unique home as a Broker's nightmare.
