Kenndy comes to the real estate industry after extensive time and experience in property management. She is the Founder of Komercigroup.com, a property management company in south Florida. She opened her doors in October 2013 after several years of property management experience. Having managed everything from condos to multifamily housing and totaling over 100 units, she boasts 10 years of professional experience.
An entrepreneur at heart, Kenndy launched (and later sold) a bookkeeping and income tax firm at the youthful age of 22 years old. In addition, she owns a boutique and is currently tapping into her creative side by working on a forthcoming children's book. Her qualities of dedication, trustworthiness, and having a can-do attitude are what compel her to seek the opportunity to help single parents. She knows their challenges first-hand and strives to be an inspiration.
Kenndy is a licensed Community Association Manager with the state of Florida. Born in Honduras, Kenndy relocated to the United States in 2000 and now lives in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
