New Tampa Real Estate

The neighborhood of New Tampa shouldn't be interchanged with the larger city of Tampa itself. New Tampa is an area in Florida that encompasses both a 24 square mile area within the limits of the city of Tampa, as well as a larger land area that is in unincorporated Hillsborough and Pasco Counties.

New Tampa's oldest and most famous neighborhood is Tampa Palms. Tampa Palms was developed when the area was still unincorporated, but it really started to thrive during the district boom of the 1990s. Today New Tampa is home to a number of master-planned communities most with amenities you'd find at luxury country clubs.

Wesley Chapel Real Estate

Located just north of Tampa and often considered part of New Tampa, Wesley Chapel is a wonderful place to live in with almost unlimited real estate opprotunities.  Whether you're looking for the amenities of a master planned community such as Seven Oaks, Meadow Pointe, Country Walk, and Watergrass; or maybe you prefer the golfing lifestyle, in which case you'll want to check out Lexington Oaks or Saddlebrook resort. If you're not interested in all the amenities and prefer a smaller neighborhood check out Belle Chase.

With good restaurants, a new mall on the way, upscale neighborhoods and an energetic community life, Wesley Chapel offers the amenities of a metropolitan city while maintaining its small-town charm.

Land O' Lakes Real Estate

Land O'Lakes began as a rural, mostly citrus-growing, community in the central part of Pasco County. Through the years, its numerous lakes have made it a favorite site for vacation cottages. However as Tampa's rural sprawl pushed northward, more and more families built houses and opted to stay for good.

Today, with a population of over 21,000, the Land O'Lakes community is a choice suburb of the Tampa metropolitan area. It offers city workers and their families an escape to clean country living. The numerous lakes provide endless possibilities for recreation: swimming, fishing, boating and other water sports.
