I have been in the business for almost ten years and absolutely love what I do!  I got my license right after I turned eighteen and have continued to learn and grow in the industry.  I have worked for several different real estate companies and I am now part owner of Noviscon Realty.  Overtime, I have realized that it is the agent that matters, not the name of the company and I run my business with that philosophy everyday.  I pay attention to the details my client tells me are important to them.  They are the boss and I want them to feel completly comfortable telling me what they want/dont want, like and dislike.  An open communication between us is critical in finding the perfect home in a timely and affordable manner.  I have a variety of tools that I use to find buyers properties and I have the knowledge to back it up, that is what makes me the right choice!
