Kris Klair opened Exit Realty Consultants, Turlock in 2005.   His mission was to provide great service to his clients.  He accomplished this mission by making sure his clients felt at ease when working with Exit Realty Consultants.  As a result of this belief, Exit Realty Consultants is a growing office and has already made a huge impact in the Stanislaus, Merced and Fresno counties.  In less than three years, Kris established another Exit Realty Consultants office in Fresno as well as two mortgage offices.  Whether it's a real estate or mortgage transaction, Kris is proud to say "our offices provide the best service that we can possibly give and our clients are very important to us. We provide ethical and honest service, even if that means losing a deal at times or just plain out saying NO.
