I moved to Wilmington from Upstate NY. My family and I traded snowy winters and cool summers for blue skies and sunny days. The beaches certainly help your attitude too. Wilmington has it all  - fun, history, art , urban areas, THE RIVERWALK, parks, garden tours,and house tours. You can play pickle ball, walk in the park, bike, swim, run and beach it.  I worked in the corporate world for 23 years after recceiving my MBA from Rennselaer Polytechnic. I have really enjoyed real estate and have taken almost every training class you can take. I love to swim, walk, do yoga and read.  But it is really all about you.....
