My professional career started after I attended San Diego State University, and obtained Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. I used my degree while I worked in several Manufacturing facilities in San Diego.
By a series of events, I started my affiliation in the Real Estate field in 2003, by becoming a Loan Signing Agent after I received my Notary Commission. I followed that endeavor by creating a Notary Signing Company handling closing through out the United States. I began my official Real Estate career in 2005 by obtaining my Salesperson license and working as Loan Officer and Real Estate Agent. In 2007 I formed K & D Realty and Mortgage, Inc. The company was a full service Real Estate and Mortgage firm. In 2008 to further expand my knowledge base, I successfully obtained my Real Estate Broker License.
While working at K & D I honed my skills by managing a team of Loan Officers and Real Estate agents. Our company successfully helped many families with their financing, purchase and sale of properties throughout San Diego.
