I am a married father of two who takes great pride in my work ethic and ability to deliver what is promised. I will never do anything unethical as I enjoy my job too much and won't risk it for 1 loan closing. My clients always sit down to closing to what was promised to them in the beginning. I will never change rates or terms if I have made a mistake. I will always absorb the cost if the mistake is ours. I also take pride in knowing that I have never originated a sub prime or neg am loan in my career.
I have almost 10 years experience in closing loans. I have underwritten, processed and originated home loans. Having an underwriting background I pride myself on my knowledge of all mortgage guidelines. If I don't know the answer I can research and find it in a matter of minutes. This enables me to have a much higher than average close rate on loans that I originate with little to no fall out other than appraisal value coming in too low. I am able to originate loans in all 50 states since we have a national bank charter.
