Get to know Kim Westmoreland
I am a Boulder County Native and have lived in the Niwot / Longmont area for 30 years. My husband and I now live in the Schlagel subdivision. I have spent the past 25 years as a Niwot Youth Sports mom, with 3 kids playing baseball, softball, basketball, and football. We also spent many years skiing for the Winter Park Freestyle Ski Team. My youngest is now off to college and I'm ready to devote myself to my career in real estate!
I specialize in finding the perfect home for buyers. Give me your parameters and I will search out your dream home! I am also very good at staging a home for sale. My husband and I have remodeled and sold many houses in the area, let me put my skills to work for you!
I love our community and enjoy volunteering to keep it a wonderful place to live. I volunteer with Project Work Together, mentoring single mothers as they transition off of wellfare. I work with Operation Christmas Child, gathering shoe boxes full of items for needy children around the world. I am part of the Lord's Laborers at Rocky Mountain Christian Church who serve meals to families in duress. I also volunteer with Share-a-Gift, a Christmastime give away to the needy of Boulder County. I have been known to shovel rock for Habitat For Humanity, providing the underprivileged (but hard working) a home of their own
I have gained many personal and professional contacts during my lifetime in Boulder County. I look forword to networking for you!
