| Thank you Kim for being so honest with me. Although she could have taken my home within her listings but with the current housing market in our neighborhood, Kim recommended to rent out home for now until it warms up. She calculated the numbers with me and it showed that we will be losing a lot money on the house if we sold it. Additionally, she calculated numbers for possibility in renting and that seemed brighter. Not only did Kim calculate numbers for me, she gave me 3 different property managers to call (1 from her office and 2 from different realtors). Kim Hunter didn't have to do this...she could have easily said "no" and called it good but she went out of her way to make sure that I get the best options. Thank you Kim! Once the market warms up, I will be calling you to my agent! |

| We were moving from Okinawa Japan to Georgia. Kim was waiting with a list of houses to meet our every need. We wanted to get settled quickly and get kids in school. I also was extremely specific on school districts, which was no easy task! Kim is an amazing lady. She worked tirelessly day after day and took us all over to find the perfect house. | It turned out Kim gave the most accurate sales assessment of my house. I made a mistake of going with another agent because she promised to sell at a higher price. I wasted 2 months while my house lingered on the market. When the agent asked me to change the price I immediately gave approval because that's what Kim has been saying all along. She also gave great advices on how to prep the house. The house sold within 2 weeks. I highly recommend Kim for her accuracy and knowledge of the real estate market. She gives only realistic views and not inflated promises. Don't waste your time in the real estate market, go with a real pro like Kim. |

| A few months ago I decided after alot of thought that I was ready to buy a home with my wife to be. However during the process I had worked with other real estate agents and never got a sense of comfort in the whole process which almost discouraged me from even considering buying a home. Then came along Kim. I can say without a doubt she has been a gift from above. Kim took time to go over the entire process from start to finish and walked me through every step along the way. There were times when I may have been hard to deal with or changed my mind a million times lol but Kim always kept me on track. Also her military background and being a parent really serves her well in this line of work. Kim is extremely professional, straight-forward but also very understanding of issues that you may have due to a lack of knowledge in the whole process and she takes that into account which is very helpful. After showing us several listings, we decided to have a home built and being new to this process, she stayed in contact with us once a week answering any questions we had and keeping us informed on how the house was coming along. Her desire to make the process painless as possible for me and my husband went as far as setting up appoints and accompanying us to help select light fixtures, tile, flooring etc...Kim's attention to details allowed us to close with no problems and stress free. |

| I had my home on the market for almost three years. I was at the point of giving up and walking away from my home. My parents convinced to give it another shot with another realtor. My mother read the reviews for Kim, and we decided to try one last time. We met with Kim the day after Christmas, and right away we knew we were getting an awesome realtor. At first we were talking about having my house as a short-sale, but being in the military, she told me it would effect my security clearance. She told us what we needed to do to the house to make it look presentable (replace blinds, refresh the carpet, etc.). She also recommended dropping the price to get more foot traffic. The following day, my family and I were at the house sprucing it up. Kim brought over a couple that day to take a look at the house. They even put an offer in!!! That offer didn't go through, but she didn't give up on the house. Since I lived in another state, she kept me up to date with sending me emails she sent to the other realtors asking for feedback after the house was shown. She sent me weekly updates through email and would call me to let me know what was going on. With her as my realtor, I received 4 offers on my house!!! Before her, I received only one offer that didn't go through. She was able to accomplish in 5 months what 3 realtors could not do before her in 2.5 years combined. Sometimes, you get the feeling with some realtors they don't want to do anything unless they know they're going to get a big commission. With Kim, she puts herself into selling your house as if it was hers. Not enough good things could be said about her. You will be very pleased with Kim |

| It is coming up on a year since my experience with Kim Hunter! I STILL brag about her to this day! If anyone wants a Realtor who gets things done...Kim Hunter is the one! Overall my experience (down to the last detail I will never forget) for buying my first home was a roller coaster, but there is no other person I would have wanted to go on that ride with. Kim got upset with me when I was upset and at the same time moved mountains behind the scenes to make my home happen for me and my family! I still owe her for that little prank she pulled on me in the beginning, lol. Anyways, I swear if anyone were to ask if I have any family member who is a Realtor...Kim Hunter will be my answer! |
