Kim is originally from Gettysburg PA and has come to Myrtle Beach on vacation for quite a few years, and fell in love with the area.  Having the opportunity to relocate recently to Myrtle Beach with her husband.  They have 4 children and 3 grandchildren,

Kim has relocated quite a bit in her past, she knows firsthand the frustrations and joys of buying and selling a home.

Kim enjoys people and has worked as a marketing and education representative for Hospice, 

and a Representative for an in home care agency, she has worked in the new home industry as well. Kim enjoys helping people
