It is my personal duty to make sure that my clients are given the best service possible. Buying or selling real estate can be very confusing, stressful, emotional and time consuming. I am here to make the real estate journey easier for you. I have built my business on the philosophy that without satisfied clients, I have nothing.
I make it a point to keep my active client base small. This guarantees that you will always receive the most personal service. Many agents find that they take on too many clients, therefore, leaving each client with minimal representation time. I believe that each person deserves to be treated as if they are my only client. I also respond quickly to emails and missed phone calls. When selecting loan officers, title companies, home inspectors, and other parties to a real estate transaction; I specifically choose people that are reliable and easily accessible to answer your questions.
I serve Buyers and Sellers in the following areas: Tacoma, Fircrest, Lakewood, Parkland, Spanaway, Midland, Fife and Puyallup. If you are looking to buy or sell outside of the above listed cities, I can refer you to an agent from my office that will best suit your needs. We have agents servicing the areas from southern Washington to Seattle and from the oceans to Spokane.
I work with lenders that specialize in Tacoma and Pierce County buyer down payment assistance and first time home buyer programs. I can also refer you to ethical lenders that specialize in hard to finance buyers, investment and commercial financing and even mobile home financing.
A Real Estate Solution II is a full service Brokerage, helping you from start to finish.
I have referral agents available in all 50 states, for buyers and sellers that are relocating
If you are an investor looking to purchase a foreclosed home, please call me for the latest available properties. I work with numerous banks as an REO agent. If your home is facing a foreclosure, call me. I can help you negotiate a short-sale transaction with your lender or discuss other options that you may have. Such as: ForbearanceIn forbearance, you are allowed to delay payments for a short period, then another option can be used afterwards to bring the account current. Lenders sometimes combine Forbearance with Reinstatement if you know you'll have the funds to bring your account current by a specific date. A Repayment PlanIf your account is past due, but you can now make payments, the lender might agree to let you catch up by adding a portion of the past due amount to a certain number of monthly payments until your account is current. Mortgage ModificationIf you can make your regular payment now, but cannot catch-up the past due amount, the lender might agree to modify your mortgage. One solution is to add the past due amount into your existing loan, financing it over a long term. Modification might also be possible if you no longer have the ability to make payments at the original level. The lender can modify your mortgage to extend the length of your loan, or take other steps to reduce your payments. Selling Your HomeIf catching up is not a possibility, the lender might agree to put foreclosure on hold to give you some time to attempt to sell your home. Deed in Lieu of ForeclosureWhen the lender allows you to give-back your property--and forgives the debt. It does have a negative impact on your credit record, but not as much as a foreclosure. The lender might require that you attempt to sell the house for a specific time period before agreeing to this option, and it might not be possible if there are other liens against the home. I have been through a foreclosure, due to a divorce, so I understand the situation that you are going through. The most important lesson that I learned from my forclosure was......Don't wait until its too late!
