Kevin Khuu is a Broker-Associate and Realtor at TNG Real Estate Consultants. Kevin has extensive knowledge and experience in areas of probate listing, reo/foreclosure listing, buyer and seller representation and working with first time homebuyers and Veterans/Military Personel relocation. Currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Pacific West Association of Realtors, and The California Association Institute.
Kevin grew up in the West San Gabriel Valley Area after his entire family immigrated to the US in 1980 when he was only 3 years old. His immediate family currently still reside in the area which Kevin visits quite often. After graduating from UC San Diego, Kevin has made Orange County his home.
Other than real estate, Kevin has an extensive knowledge in mortgage lending. He understands that in order for a real estate transaction to close smoothly, a lot has to do with choosing the right lender. Kevin has a team of loan officers that are ready to close loans and also educate the homebuyers. Currently, Kevin spends lots of time working with Veterans and Military personnels with home buying, selling and more importantly, understanding the VA home loan program as a great benefit to our servicemen and women.
Kevin wants his sellers and buyers to know that he will always be there as their Realtor and Consultan and make sure that every deal closes. He believes in keeping his customers informed and not giving them the run around or keeping them in the dark. Communication is the key to a successful partnership. Kevin and his team of transaction coordinators, escrow professionals, lenders and other third party servicers are ready to work for you.

| We had a wonderful experience working with Kevin as our Realtor in purchasing our first home. Kevin is friendly, responsive, and reliable. He is very knowledgeable and always works with our best interest in mind. Being first time home buyers we really didn't know where to get started. He was very patient with us and got us started with recommending us to a very reliable lender. My wife and I knew what we wanted in our first home but it was kind of scary to go through the entire process. Luckily Kevin was there to guide us and made sure we understood the entire process. We drove to several cities within the Orange County area to preview different homes. It took us about 3 months and 4 different offers until we finally got the home we wanted. We were getting very frustrated and wanted to over bid other buyers just to get the house but Kevin was against that idea. He was very understanding and said this was part of the buying process and that we need to be patient. He was right! We took our time and opened up to other options. We finally purchased our first home in Anaheim. It was the perfect location between my parents home and from our employment. Thank you Kevin for getting us into our first home! |
