I am a full time realtor with RE/MAX Real Estate Lethbridge in Lethbridge, AB and specialize in real estate marketing.  I have spent the last three and a half years 'shadowing' Top Producing agents by learning what works best for clients in the real estate industry.  Over that time, I helped finalize over 200 transactions as an unlicensed assistant, licensed assistant and now a full time realtor.  I have been able to develop my own referral network and system and my maximum home value system. 

During my real estate career, i have discovered early on that this business is more about Relationships than Transactions.  What makes my career as fun and exciting as it is, is the ability to make numerous friends on an on-going basis.  I call my clients my friends because they truly are!  We all look after each other and make the real estate experience the most enjoyable ever.  This is what makes me wake up everyday excited to go to work.

What I really like about this blog site is the ability to see other agents view points on an endless amount of first-hand experiences.  As a newer agent in the business, this is the coaching systems I am proud to be a part of.  My goal is to be a Top Producing agent in Lethbridge when i am 30 years old. 

I am also in the process of developing my own Real Estate management company.  This company will hopefully be the best in Southern Alberta in the next 5 years with plans to take it national.  I am also going to be starting a home construction company that will branch off the management stream.
