My name is Kevin Gyllenblad and I have been actively selling Real Estate full time since 2002.
I have lived in various parts of Minnesota for the past 43 years and have always called the Brainerd Lakes Area home. In 1976, my father built a log home on Clear Lake and I have been coming to the area ever since .I currently reside in the Breezy Point area with my wife and 2 sons. I enjoy boating, golfing, skiing, fishing and all outdoor activities.
I have always had a strong interest in all aspects of real estate. Whether it be buying, selling or income/investment properties, I look forward to the opportunity to be of assistance to you.
Education is very important to me, I continue to attend many hours of continuing education in our ever changing industry. I obtained my Brokers license and GRI.
