I have been in the Real Estate business for 10 years as an investor and Realtor. I am very knowledgeable of the sales process and work very hard in making sure that my clients are satisfied with my service. I have a GREAT personality and am able to easily address any situation that we may encounter. I have assisted many buyers in negotiating the best price available the property they desire. I can boast in saying that I provide "Real Estate Excellence Without Compromise" the first time and every time.
I have worked both as Buyer's Representative and as Seller's Listing Agent, with my attention being split equally between the two fields. While each of these are unique in their areas of focus, each are the same in that there is a client who's needs must be satisfied. I have assisted several First-Time Homebuyers, but their incomes did not allow them to qualify for Low Income programs. I am, though, very knowledgeable of that process.
