I try to really listen to what people tell me they are looking for and help them find what they can afford and be happy with. Three things I hear from clients who left other agents are:
They wouldn't listen They wouldn't show me any listings to consider They wouldn't call me back.
Instead, they say "Ken really listens." After I hear what buyers are looking for, I show them all available listings - mine and those of other agents and other companies; and I pride myself on always returning calls and being available.
I've been licensed as a realtor since 2005. I've been a full time Realtor since 2007. I bring with me 20 years of management experience in business and a farming background.
My educational background are double B.S. degrees in Bus. Mgmt. and Agricultural Economics from MS State University. I have lived in Louisiana, North Carolina, Arkansas, Mississippi, and West and Middle TN. I understand the stress of moving, even if across town.
I have worked in Restaurant Mgmt. for a big corporation and I have worked in Mgmt. for a Packaging business. In today's economy of many lost jobs, I know what it is like to be "downsized".
My wife, Bonnie, and I combine forces to head up a team of professionals that help us streamline the process of buying and selling homes from start to finish. We have special training to work with divorcing clients & their attorneys to help them make an informed decision regarding keeping or selling the marital home.
