Welcome!  Living in beautiful Southern California for over thirty years, primarily in the Tri-City area (Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista) of North San Diego county, I have seen tremendous economic growth over the years. Enjoying the active beach area as well as fine dining, boating and casual walks have always been fun.

Education has always been a key focus and is a continual process, making sure that I am serving my clients at the highest level.

Military families have a favorite place in my heart. My husband is a retired U.S. Marine and our son is making the Navy a career.  Certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and a member of the Military Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (MVAREP) (mvarep.org), I focus on helping active and retired members of the military.  

Growing up in the North San Diego County are, near Oceanside, Camp Pendleton, CA, I understand the unique challenges and the benefits that military life has to offer and am able to effectively help meet those challenge.

Involved with community service has also been a focus over the years.  I have been active with issues of homelessness, Veterans and domestic violence over the years.  These local organizations are doing a great job!  Women's Resource Center and  Solutions for Change. Another non-profit organization everyone should know about is a non-profit community development center, FBCDC and their associated federal credit union FBFCU. I volunteer to help with one-on-one budget counseling and assist with eHome, an online program required by some down-payment assistance programs requiring certified home ownership training.  Ask me how to participate in this education.
