| I have heard stories about how difficult the process can be in purchasing a home. My wife and I had absolutely no experience buying a home before this. Honestly, we did not know what to expect, but expected it to be long and difficult. My experience with Duane Hopper and his staff was excellent. They treated my family with respect, always listened to our concerns, and answered our questions in terms that were easy to understand. I know that they went above and beyond, and worked tirelessly for us throughout the entire process; which by the way went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to use Mr. Hopper and his staff again. And I would recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a new home go no where else. You will not find anyone or their staff friendlier, nor will you find a place that cares more than they do about getting you into the home of your dreams. |

| “Attentive to the customer’s needs” is how I would describe my experience working with Kelly. As a second time home buyer (and seller), I was very picky in what type of home I was looking for and let Kelly know what my needs were from the time we began working together. What I found out is that she listened and was genuinely there to find a buyer for me and find a new home for me. I would also add that she made the process a fun experience and I looked forward to driving around and checking out homes with her. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed by Kelly. The whole experience working with her was very positive and you can bet I will use her again for future transactions. |

| Kelly provided standout service in searching for our new home. She invested significant time upfront to fully understand our needs and personal style. This allowed her to pre-screen houses so we only viewed those that were a potential fit. Once we had found the right home, she provided in person support for the house inspection and septic inspection. This kept the disruptions to our work schedule to an absolute minimum. Kelly approached buying a home as a true "business" transaction which was distinctly different than any other real estate deal we have ever experienced.
