I am a dedicated and hard working Realtor. I take the time to listen to my clients so that I may customize my services to fit them individually. This is definitely not a "one size fits all" business. I spent many years in the hospitality industry before making a carreer change into real estate and mortgage industry. This is one of the reasons that I consider myself to be a people person. I can get along with even the most difficult of personalities. I believe that the key to success in this business is the ability to empathize with others, treating them with respect and honesty, and listening to their needs.

| Details Proficient and Reliable Kelly has the ability to create a professional atmosphere with a relaxed state of mind. I´m going through a divorce and it has been emotionally taxing on me. Kelly has provided multiple listings, been on top of covenants/HOA/zoning/neighborhoods and has answered every one of my requests in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this agent. | We looked at a lot of houses and she would send me new listings as they came up. She was very patient with the closing process and I am glad that she talked me out of making offers on certain houses. My girlfriend and I had so much fun house shopping with her. I would recommend her, especially if you are looking in the Raleigh area; she knows a lot about the pros and cons of various locations. |

| Details Kelly is great to work with: accessible, willing to assist, knowledgeable and very nice! We will be relocating to North Carolina but have no definite date. Many realtors would not be willing to show any houses until we were ready, willing and able to purchase, but Kelly was so sweet and showed me houses one day and my husband another day.
