| My husband and I first met Kelly Dean about a year ago when we came to the Outer Banks and shared with her our dream of moving to Manteo, NC. A lot of things had to happen to make that dream come true...some of them difficult. But the easy part, at least for us, was finding and buying our dream house on the island. Kelly and Buy the Beach kept us informed about the OBX market, showing us through houses way before we could actually buy one. But when the time did come for us to buy Kelly was there, showing us houses, explaining the pros and cons of each, and in the end finding us the perfect house...and it wasn't even on the market at the time.
