| Several months ago I contacted your firm about pursuing a home at Carolina Beach. I've been working with Debi Byrd for some time and was successful in identifying a property, placing bids, and eventually settling. As a part of your team, I'd like to let you know she's an outstanding person to work with. As I'm sure you're aware, transactions like these are never flawless, nor do I think they'll ever be. For me, what make the difference in good associates from less capable ones, is how they handle the little bumps in the road. Debi was on top of every twist and bend we confronted. Since this was a long distance acquisition, I especially appreciated her attention to detail. Good people are tough to find these days, and pulling together a team of them is even harder.
