| Katie helped my mother sell her house (my mother's house, not Katie's house :-) ), I believe two years ago (It's hard to believe it has already been that long!). Katie is very knowledgable as a Real Estate Agent, and she always responded quickly to questions from both my mother and potential buyers of her house. Furthermore, Katie has an *excellent* personality, which is important in the process of selling, or even buying, a house. She has also helped a coworker of mine buy a house in the Atlanta area -- I think it is actually considered Alpharetta. She definitely looks out for your best interest if she is your agent, whether you are the home seller or the buyer. In fact, she was able to get the buyer of my mother's old house to raise his final offer before taking it to my mother. That is, my mother might have accepted their initial final offer, but Katie got them to raise it before she took it to my mother. Because of Katie's enthusiasm and work ethic, I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a house. |

| Katie has been our agent for about two years. She sold a home for us in August of 2005 and is now representing us as buyers in the purchase of a new home. I cannot say enough about her skills. ...We had two agents prior to Katie who failed to generate interest in the home and, over the course of a year, we received no offers. We were beginning to think that our house could not be sold. Katie took on the challenge in Spring of 2005 and we had an offer by early summer. She went above and beyond what was required of an agent and I must admit we are probably not the ideal clients. We are busy professionals with a small child and are sometimes disorganized but she handled us with a smile ...! She is thorough and truly has her client's best interests in mind. She also is a good negotiator and assisted us greatly in the negotiations with the eventual buyers. She has done the same with our home purchase and located homes that meet our specifications and has made herself available to show us properties at any time. We have selected a home and she again helped us with the contract process. Bottom line: Katie is a wonderful agent and will be my agent for life. You can't go wrong with Katie. |

| I'll second everything my wife mentioned above. She forgot to mention the fact that Katie once even tidied up our place before a hurriedly scheduled showing of our previous home because we were at work and would not have made it home in time to tidy up. That pretty much sums up our experience with Katie: She's always gone above and beyond what would be expected of an agent. She succeeded in selling our home when two previous agents could not even generate any interest whatsoever. |
