This is the part where I would traditionally list all of the associations I hold and all of the many wonderful qualities that my clients have appreciated in me so you will drop what you are doing and call me now!! However, I'm more of a 'tell it like it is' kind of person. So, since I too have been a buyer and a seller who looked for a great agent to work with, I'm gonna tell you like it is.

I will always answer your questions, no matter how many you have, and if I don't know the answer I will find out right away! I truly believe there are no dumb questions. I wanted my agent to list my home and market it aggressively so it would sell quickly and as close to the listing price as possible, not simply plant a sign and go. I wanted my agent to do everything in his power to get a great big SOLD sign in the front yard. I will do this for you! Your property will be advertised nationally, as well as locally. It will be listed on my company website and on my business website.  I use a many-pronged approach. It will not be simply listed and forgotten.

When I was choosing a new home, it was fun and nerve-wracking all at the same time. After all, it is one of the largest investments we ever make.
