I have had the opportunity to work in the financial industry, real estate mortgage underwriting/loans, property management and currently property management software with Rentec Direct. (www.rentecdirect.com) .
When I reflect on what these different career paths have in common it shows the pattern in which fields I seem to “fit” or have an interest in:

Out of all three I have to say that Customer Service is my driving force. I enjoy working with people. Whether it be in person, on the phone, or emails, it is the daily interaction of helping others that I enjoy. I don’t mind the “headaches” or conflicts that comes with this territory. I take it as a personal challenge to try to mediate, negotiate, or resolve so both parties feel good with the end results. Of course we all know that it isn’t always green pastures and red roses. But my personal goal is to try to find resolution and maintain business relationship.
I have assisted companies with growth, not by focusing on being the Top Sales Producer, but by building relationships with people. In focusing on the relationships and not the numbers we build relationships for life. You will find by doing this you receive trust, loyalty, referrals, and forever friendships.
