| We also chose Kathy based on the Zillow reviews. We initially were skeptical because of her 100% glowing reviews. After working with Kathy for the last two months, we now know why she deserved those great reviews and more. Kathy was the best realtor that we ever worked with. We have dealt with more than a dozen realtors in buying and selling our properties in the past. She successfully helped us selling our home in Lake Arrowhead. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. She promptly responded to all of our questions and concerns and provided us with very helpful advices and suggestions. Because of her experience, hard work and us following her advices and suggestions, our home was listed for less than a week before we received an offer for the full asking price. | Hunting for the summer house is not always easy especially if you do not live in the immediate area. Kathy was extremely knowledgeable of Lake Arrowhead, she quickly understood what we are looking for and was able to select listings that fit our needs. This helped minimize the number of trips we had to make. She is very well adept to working with out of area buyers, signing offers and other documents electronically was a huge bonus. She is very easy to work with, easy to get a hold off and very flexible with showing times etc. VERY PATIENT. Was there for every inspection and survey. The house that we ended up getting needed some repairs and she stayed on top of the repair crew, providing up regular updates with pictures. If we ever decide to go for upgrade, we will absolutely use Kathy again. |
