I am a former San Jose, CA Realtor and Mortgage Loan Originator. As a Mortgage Loan Originator I worked for several lenders, including: Bank of America and Downey Savings and Loan (acquired by US Bank). As a Realtor I worked for a family brokerage "FC Disount Realty" based in San Jose.

I truly enjoy working with people, finances, and strongly believe in this industry's potential. In the midst of the 2008/2009 financial crisis, I moved over to my second passion: IT. I have been in the IT industry now for over 6 years.

Today I am coming back to my real estate roots as an Investor. I am looking to buy, prehab, and sell properties and buy and hold to build my portfolio.
