We work in the Dekalb County (Sycamore, Dekalb, Cortland) and Fox Valley Areas (St Charles, Lily Lake, Batavia) building new homes for many move-up customers. Most of our customers are first time buyers or have already owned a home and are looking to move up into their next home. We build on lots that we have in inventory, lots available to us through our partners and/or your lot that you already own. We also have experience in tear-down and infill construction in popular communities closer to Chicago.
