Jason is a Real Estate Broker & CEO of LifeNY a Westchester Real Estate Company.

Jason has overseen in his management career over a billion dollars in real estate. His real estate career started in 2005 as a salesperson and in 2008 he was awarded the position of branch manager as an Associate Broker at a Westchester firm. In addition to managing agents, his main focus was to develop coaching programs, business workshops, new marketing strategies, increase the brand’s visibility and market share. In 2015 he had a record year in recruiting with over $100 million in agent production joining his team. He has been in sales for 20 years and has held management positions for 19 years. He has been a motivational speaker, real estate coach/trainer & a certified NYS real estate instructor for over 10 years. He also has conducted several convention workshops for a Global Real Estate Brand.

Jason gained his entrepreneurial acumen, team approach, marketing expertise as the co-founder and managing partner of Wireless Depot N.A. Recognizing a change in the wireless industry he decided to make an aggressive transition into the real estate arena. His take-charge attitude, motivational skills, and tireless work ethic helped excel him to the top. Jason’s mantra “I always look at obstacles as opportunities” which has been put to the test several times in his career. Yet he has overcome those obstacles with double-digit growth in offices he has managed.

As an entrepreneur, he has held leadership positions for various nonprofit organizations and is the former host of “How’s the Market?,” a real estate radio show on WFAS. He was named “Manager of the Year” by his former company in 2011 & 2015 and was a “40 Under 40 Rising Star,” an award bestowed by the Business Council of Westchester.
