I am Julie Horton. I have been in Real Estate for several years owning my own firm for the last 5. I love owning the firm because I am free to do whatever I want to do for my clients. I don't have to ask anyone...it is up to me and I always try to go the extra mile for them. Open Door Realty is definitely a client based firm. I have sold $1,000,000.00 homes and $ 75,000.00 homes and worked with clients who have an 800 credit score and ones that have 500 credit scores or under and I treat each one the same. As a matter of fact I worked with a family and sold two daughters their homes ~ was showing their mother and their cousin homes on the same day. I left the cousin who was purchasing in the 1.5 - 2 million dollar range to show the mother who was buying in the 100 thousand range...most agents would have spent all day with the higher range but I felt I should treat them equally and worked with one the morning and late afternoon and one in the early afternoon. As I said I work for my clients and appreciate each one of them and try to make sure they know this!
