Serving the Grand Rapids, MI market. My business generally comes by referral so that holds me to a high level of accountability to make sure my clients are advocates and that my service reflects on the person who referred me. I am the broker/owner of JGR Real Estate and currently have 6 agents at my brokerage and a full-time assistant.
I work with a wide variety of buyers and sellers but I have a very good track record for successfully completing short sales. Our market has declined about 20% so there are many people who have no equity in their home. Over 50% of the sales in our market are foreclosures and short sales so I through experience and through training in the form of a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation have been able to successfully save many families from foreclosure.
