Get to Know Julie Granahan
I am a (nearly) Seattle native who has lived in Bellevue, Capitol Hill, Wallingford, Queen Anne, West Seattle, and Burien. I take great pride in my city, and never get tired of its surrounding beauty. My passion for my city shows in my career, and I bring a positive energy with me, which my clients appreciate.
26.2 miles is the distance of a marathon, a distance only a small percentage of runners accomplish. An avid marathon runner, I tackle my career the same way I train for marathons: with discipline, perseverance, consistency, and a positive attitude. I have qualified for the Boston Marathon three times, and am heading to Boston in April to run the esteemed marathon. Just as I don’t stop until I finish the last, and most difficult .2 miles of a marathon, I go the extra mile for your real estate needs.
Although I want to take all the credit for all the homes I have sold successfully, I couldn’t do it without my team.
On the seller side, I bring my team along to ensure a quick closing of your home: I work closely with a home stager, a photographer, and a house cleaner to prep your home for market.
On the buyer side, I work closely with a lender, home inspector, title representative, and escrow representative to ensure there are no hidden surprises.
Rest assured you will be taken care of.
When I am not busy selling the amazing real estate Seattle has to offer, I spend time remodeling my home, training for marathons, practicing yoga, cooking, and traveling.

"We met Julie at an open house and instantly liked her. When we decided to buy instead of rent, she was the first person we called. She listened to what we wanted and found properties that fit our criteria -- even as our criteria changed. She was always responsive, positive and available, and she made the experience not only less stressful but actually enjoyable. She knows the area, explained the process and guided us every step of the way. There were no surprises, and no problems she couldn't quickly resolve. We highly recommend her."

Julie was a pleasure to work with. We just got the key to our new place, and I cant say enough about how seamless and she made the process. Great communication, contacts, responsiveness... I wish I had more time to write a longer review, she's great.

Julie helped us with the sale of a very unique midcentury house. We closed on the house quickly. There were twists and turns in the process, due mostly to the unique nature of our house. Julie navigated those twists and turns expertly with her creativity and professionalism. Julie went above and beyond in her effort to tailor a robust marketing plan and weekly open houses. Julie was very forward thinking and innovative in her approach to community outreach. She made it a point to become an expert on our house. She never gave us any false hopes or promises. Julie was honest and very hard working. Communication was clear and she was very quick to respond. Julie is both professional and personable. The experience was great start to finish. My wife and I feel so fortunate to have had Julie as our real estate agent. I would strongly recommend Julie to anyone buying or selling a home.

Julie was a delight to work with. Her knowledge and dedication helped us work through buying our first house. She was always there for us when we had questions or another house that we wanted to look out... no matter what time of the day. Her personal touch was amazing (she even included a letter of recommendation with our offer). I would highly recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy or sell their next house.
