Although you may be hesitant to ask for a lower price on a purchase, I love the negotiations. It's so rewarding to find out that in this tough market I have saved my clients thousands of dollars. It's not uncommon for one of my buyers to find out it's worth more (sometimes a lot more) than they bought it for!
